Returns & Refunds

You can cancel your order at any time as long as the order has not been shipped. 

If your package is delivered back to us due to an address problem, we give you the option to choose one of the following: 

1. Reship your package and charge you shipping and 50% of the order subtotal again.

2. Refund 70% of your subtotal and 0% of the shipping.

Note: Your product that has come back is deemed useless to us as we do not use preservatives in our dip, therefore, we can not re-purpose it.
